Smooth Tie-The-Knots is a division of J&J 4Sure Answers dedicated to serve couples on their way to marriage with wedding services. Our main services are Day Of Director, Bridal Showers, and Live Music for Rehearsal Dinners and Wedding Ceremonies.
Jackie Raez, Day Of Director Day Of Director. In addition to
managing the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, our service includes: Understanding the couple’s wedding vision down to the smallest
detail.
Vendor confirmation seven to ten days prior to event.
Development and distribution of a detailed timeline for wedding
party, family members, and vendors. A primary coordinator for
your wedding ceremony and reception. Delivery and set-up of special touches – guest book, signing
mat, card box, favors, place cards, menu and escort cards, seating chart, chair
covers, etc. Transportation of guest book, card box, etc., between ceremony
and reception sites.
Vendor supervision – caterer, florist, photographer,
videographer, DJ, etc.
Seamless resolution of issues as they arise, i.e. seating for
unexpected guests. Cueing activities at scheduled times – wedding processional,
food service, first dance, Bridal Showers. Coordinate bridal shower with the Maid of Honor, send out
invitations, manage RSVP’s, assist in decoration on day of shower. Be the
greeter to the shower, ask guests to sign guestbook. Host bridal shower games, cue times for opening presents, ensure timely
flow of events until end of party. Live Music for Rehearsal Dinners, and Wedding Ceremonies. Live dinner type music, includes the sound system setup and performance. Cue or introduce members of the party for toasts, etc. The music programs and performance are provided by The Raez Combo International, which performs up to six musicians according to the event. The Rehearsal Dinner Program includes romantic, environmental, and light dance music. The Wedding Ceremonies program includes both environmental and liturgical songs such as prelude, processional, bride entrance, Gospel acclamations, unity candle, and recessional. Video graphics. Pictures and video slide shows for background playing during Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, and Wedding Receptions. Send us your pictures, picture files, and videos and will put together professional-looking slide shows with music backgrounds of your choice. Stationary. Do not have the time for little details? No problem. We can print state-of-the-art custom wedding invitations, bridal shower invitations, wedding programs, and whatever else you might need.
